Q: How do i order with you and how does ordering online work?

Q: I don't understand what the different paper material and coating finishes mean?

A: Click here to be taken to our 'Paper Explained' page where you will find information to assist you in picking the right material for you.

Q: How long after i order and have made payment will it take to receive my order?

A: Providing the artwork design you send us is good and set up correctly then the lead time is approximately 7 working days after the artwork has been cleared as good and usable.

Q: What color set up do you need the artwork design to be made in?

A: We use CMYK printing press equipment.

Q: I already have a design and only need to print, is that ok?

A: Yes of course, simply upload and send the artwork at checkout.

Q: What format do you need artwork files sent to you in?

A: To achieve a good quality clear print artwork / pictures should be a minimum if 300 dpi, we accept files as high resolution jpegs, PDF, Tiff.

Q: I don't have a design can you help?

A: Yes we can, we have a team of professional designers with years of experience, you may hire a designer for the product you require printing ( please see our Graphic Design page for fee's ).

Q: I want to try to design my own artwork do you have any templates that are already set up to the correct scale that i can download?

A: Yes we do, we have a selection of ready made templates set up to the correct size that can be downloaded.

Q: I don't need to print but i love your designers work, can i just hire one of them do design something for me?

A: Yes you can, a common list of fee's for design work is on our Graphic Design Page, if you cannot find what you need designing on there then please drop us an email to discuss your custom job.

Q: I've ordered and paid for a design on your web store what happens now?

A: You will be allocated a designer from our team & they will contact within 24hrs by email, please make sure your contact details are correct when ordering and be try to be as responsive as possible to your emails to help speed up the job.

Q: Will i have to pay anything when receiving my order?

A: No, we offer free delivery on all orders anywhere inside Thailand, for orders from counties outside of Thailand the client must pay the shipping costs, please contact us to for a shipping quotation.
